When the owner first laid eyes on the property where the restaurant resides, he instantly bought the property knowing it was an ideal location of having a restaurant which is effective to bring peace to the customers. The restaurant is known in the circle of locals as well as tourists for the great food, friendly and fun atmosphere and best cocktails. There is a new Head Chef, Lenny Edwards, who started his professional career in Frank’s restaurant which is a well-known restaurant in Pawley’s island. The head chef of Sharkey’s gained an experience of over 20 years, which developed his cooking skills to a great level. The chef switched from Frank’s to Nosh Restaurant which was followed by Tommy Bahama’s and finally got recruited by the Sharkey’s restaurant. The restaurant is proud to have Chef Lenny as head chef.
