Drinking water is important to health

Even though you are taking lot of nutrition food for maintaining health but one of the important factor lead healthy lives is “water”. Without water none can survive in this world even we can life without food. If you take water at right time your health improves automatically. If you take water at right interval time you can feel yourself more comfortable. By consuming water you can regulate the blood flow in your body and make your mind fresh. Everyone needs water for good digestion of food and water helps to eliminate the waste and toxic content present in your body. With the help of water only you are opening the eyes freely and help to regulate the body temperature. Everyone should take more than 3 liters of water each day.

Percentage of water present in human body for child they have approximately 75 to 80% of water because water helps children to regulate the blood supply to their body. When we grow older the water percentages in decreases for men they have approximately 60 – 65% of water and women approximately 50 -60% of water. The human brain has 85% of water and bones usage of water between 10 to 15%. Totally our body is made up of 60% of water and we are losing 0.3 liters when breathing.

If you take water you can reduce your weight. When you take water which grab your hunger and you will eat less which leads to reduce the weight. When you take water after you wake up in early morning which help you to feel more refresh and healthy. You can also take fresh juice items to make your body fresh instead of taking chemical soft drinks. Take couple of water after finishing lunch which helps you to digest your food properly and eat food slowly without any hurry sometime it struck in your trout. Drink more water when you take healthy foods like salads vegetables which help to digest food in slower. Don’t take more water in between of taking food you must take water before or after consumption food. If you take more water while taking tables or pills which keeps you free from irritation.
